- KPI는 end goal을 달성하기 까지의 수치이다.
- Time on task : how long it takes for a user to complete a task
- Use of navigation vs. search : the number of people who use a website or an app’s navigation, compared to the number of people who use the search functionality
- User error rates : the parts of a design that cause users to make errors
- Drop-off rates : how many users abandon the experience
- Conversion rates : the percentage of users who complete a desired action. Opposite of drop-off rates
- System Usability Scale(SUS) : questionnaire that asks participants their opinions about your product; the results are used to measure the usability of your designs
- Net Promoter Score(NPS) : measure of how loyal users will be to your product or service
- KPI를 고를 때에는 본인의 User research의 목표가 무엇인지 생각하고, 연구를 통해 훗날 팀원들에게 공유하고 개인 포트폴리오에 담을법한 것을 기준으로 한다.
